Great advice James!
I find regular mindfulness and meditation a huge contributor to my wellbeing. I’m not sure where I would be without it.

Thanks Michael, I’ve certainly been making daily use of most of the tips I shared. They have certainly helped me cope in these times of massive uncertainty. A little bit each day is do-able, and the effect seems to accumulate over time.
